Hey guys,

My tail lights on smoked, so they are not as bright when illuminated during the day anymore. They still light up fine at night though. Typically this doesn't bother me and I've never had an issue with before. But my inspection is coming up soon and I'd feel better if they were brighter during the day, so I'm looking at swapping them out to LEDs.

Now I know I need 7443 bulbs for my brake lights, which are the only ones I'm really worried about, but Im not sure what color to get for them. For all of my interior lights there wasn't a question I just got the color I wanted, but I've heard different things about swapping out tail lights... since they sit behind a red lense is it better to use a red LED or white LED? I'm probably going to go with a 15 or 18 LED bulb from superbrightleds.com

my educated guess is go with white. i dont think the red would put out enough light.
