Default space with back seats down?

Im looking at getting a 2012 tc or XB manual, the only thing i need to know before i buy the car is if my bike will fit in the back. does anyone know the space with back seats down from the front seats to the hatch. and if anyone has pictures of a bike in the back that would be great.
thanks

I know... measure your bike's dimensions (length, width, height) and take those measurements to the dealership and measure out the back of the cars. Either way, I'm almost positive a mountain bike would fit in both the tC and xB.

If you don't bike, I wouldn't comment on it. You have no idea what you're talking about. So here's one for you... ""

Whatever you do, get one of those moving blankets to keep the interior somewhat clean. They also make the bike easier to get in and out of the car.

i would not put my bike in a car without a blanket. mountain bikes can make a big mess in a car. just found out today that it will fit. space is just over 5 feet

You can fit a ton of stuff in the xB. I once got an efficiency washer/dryer in mine without taking it apart. If you remove your passenger head rest pull the seat all the way forward and lean the seat back you can fit 10ft lumber diagonally.

The amount of space in the xb2 is insane. I have also fit a washer and dryer in the back, as well as many other things on top of, and around them.

I road bike and before my roof rack I could fit two bikes large and small frame in my xb no problem. Had to help a guy with his srt4 trying to fit a 44"+ TV in the back. Fit perfect in my car with more room. Also had plenty of big Ikea trips in the xb.

With my front tire off my mountain bike, it slides in pretty simple.

You mean the basket on the handle bars? Like the one Dorothy from the Wizard of Oz had? That ain't that big.

had to use a tie down to keep the hatch closed and it was a pain to get out but it worked! We ran out of room on the moving truck lol
