Default weird sound coming from the tc

i started noticing this a couple days ago. Whenever I press on the gas theres a "pssshh" sound going on. Has anybody noticed this in there tc? you have to drive with your windows down and no radio. try doing this in a secluded area and listen carefully whenever you step on the gas.

Well when a car starts they make a sound and when you press the gas you'll hear what you have just heard.

engines dont make a "psssh" sound. Ive driven many cars and this is the first making this type of sound. other than my friends fixed up eclipse making a loud "psssh" sound, the tc makes a more subtle one that you really have to listen for.

it's the stock semi-cold air intake, they made it have a sort of aftermarket intake hiss, it's completely normal and other people will envy you for having it.

thread # 292 on this subject. Please search next time. Thanks.

actually no. its the intake manifold. ive seen this on a thread somewhere else. since the intake manifold is made of plastic it makes that sound. kinda sounds like a turbo winding up. or when you shift gears and hit the gas you hear it as the air enters the intake
