C.A.R.B. exemption
ok...i see sites selling dc headers that say this what exactly does this mean.
what i do know... it has something to do with car emmisions in cali.
im a california resident in the mlitary and am currently living out of state. basically i can get ANY part where i am, to include straight pipe exhaust, and its street legal here. but i know its not in cali. living out of state i dont have to get an emmissions check for cali or the state im living in. But im movig back in 15 months. and in the mean time i wuold like to get parts that i can keep on my car.
