Default quick question!

hey guys, i really like washing my scion tc, i just got my car tinted like 2 weeks ago, i wanted to kno, is there anything i could wipe the windows that were tinted, other than water??? cuz the guy said some chemicals will destroy the tints if im not careful, so he told me to stick with water, but using water doesnt clean my windows as good!

n e suggestions??

What about some kind of liqiud soap with warm water?

yea but, i like need to kno wat type of soap, this guy did a real good job with the tints, i dont want it to get ruined!

You should be ok with a non-ammonia based window cleaner.

I think you just have to let the tints 'settle' for about 2 weeks before you spray them with everything. I spray my windows with windex and wipe them clean and have yet to have any problems at all. Just don't do anything of the short before 2 weeks after getting them on though.

I've tinted for several years and as long as you stay away from ammonia your ok, they do make a silicone based cleaner that is supposed to be great, never used it, have no opinion on it.
