i ran mine through the black rubber grommet thingie (passenger or driver side) then over to the passenger side plastic floor runner trim (pops right off), down under door kicker trim (again, pops off), under bottom of the thing the seat belt hides behind, under back door kicker trim, and then under the seat into my amp which is in the empty subfloor in the back. super easy to do.

Under the door sills works. You can pull the back seat cushion up fairly easily to get it into the back.

Had mine done at Circuit City, they ran it under the carpet, straight down the middle of the car.

remember to run good shielded interconnects (rca cables) away from the power cable to prevent interference. With shielded cables, it "shouldn't" be an issue, but better to do it "right" the first time than to run them together and find after everything is done that you have noise.
