Go to http://www.magnaflow.com/04sound/import.htm and check the Scion xB section. Has sound clips on the xB. Hope this helps.

id like to hear from someone who actually has this... those links to the soundclips were helpful but its difficult to actually tell how loud it is... it sounds pretty loud but in the third clip the chirping tires sound just as loud... im looking for a cat back thats not all ricer sounding, maybe just a bit louder than stock, but gives better flow... i know this is my only option out there right now besides going full custom

I have a Magna Flow on my XB w/ Auto. Noticed a power increase, and it doesn't sound like rice. It isn't real quite though. A little louder than the TRD one, but not to bad when cruizing under 65 mph. I like it though, but would not recommend it if you want it real quite in the cab. When I am going 80 mph you do have some noticeable noise, but not more than you would expect from exhaust system. If you really want a quite system then go w/ TRD or stay stock. Overall though it is very similar to other systems they sell for compact cars w/ 4cyl. If you want to hear one I am in SD and your welcolme to check it out if your in this area.

i have a cat-back on my xa... had it custom made though. really loud, had to jam a silencer in it and now it's at a respectable level. very low rumble and does not get high pitched at higher rpms. probably really loud cause i got headers also.

What are you looking for? Power? Sound? Looks? Are you an auto or stick? Will hedders be in the future? With our cars these questions need to be answered to get the best exhaust for your car, mostly because our cars run around 3000+ PRMs just around 65MPH.

ok im looking for some power, id like sound to be at a minimum, its a stick, and if im going to do the catback i might as well do the hedders...so whats the prognosis

Ok the cat back with the hedders are gonna be loud, straight out loud. The cat back without hedders are gonna have the sound you want, so let me know what you wanna do after reading this.

OK heres the answer to your problems, the manifold back exhaust system I had on my vehicle is what you want. But the muffler will not be SS, it will be aluminized because it will be 18inchs long. I recomend the 18inch muffler because the hedders wil be added later and the 18inch muffler will make sure the sound is still low. 8) Let me know what you think. :D

It feels great and will feel even better after you install the hedders, I am still looking for hedders for mine, but since I am in cali I need one with a C.A.R.B. number to pass smog. We suck!, here in cali for smog. Hope this helps man, let me know what you wanna do! :D
