My stereo is messing up. When I turn is up to 36 it starts to sound like a scratch CD and I 'm listening to the radio. The high I turn it up the worst it gets. Also when I have the car off, key on, when I turn on the head lights, the radio will start to do the same thing and then no sound will come out the speakers.
I just what to know if anyone can help me.
