Default Stock vs. Modified

Well you know when you are modding your xB its hard to tell if there are real HP gains.Well on my box I have a OBX header YDR intake and a tanabe concept g exhaust. My wife just got her box on tuesday and its stock.I finally got to feel the difference.Wow the header intake and exhaust do make a pretty big difference.I never really noticed it before.Has anyone else with a modded box driven a stocker and felt the diference?? Also I have the TRD springs with the underbrace and a swaybar and of course I can feel handling differences..

I LOVE MY MODDED BOX!!!! I WOULD HAVE TO SAY THAT IT WAS MONEY WELL SPENT!!!

there is a difference just adding an intake, although minute, I notice the power. FOr example there is this stretch of road thats about 400-500 ft, from a standstill I can get to 50 about 3/4 the way. But with the YDR intake I noticed its closer to half way I would get to 50.

Yeah...Drove my friends stock box. Also manual- with same size rims and tires. Much less responsive. It was good, because I have wondered at times if my mods make a difference-or just make my butt dyno readings inaccurate. Definitely make a difference.

I put the header on first before my exhaust but yes if you install a header it will make the exhaust sound louder.Iam not sure how much louder though.OH I forgot I also have the perrin lightweight pully.
