i checked out the link and the auction was closed. but, i'll give you my $0.02 anyways! :D

in a word NO.
$200 for a pair of seat and sliders is insanely cheap. keep in mind that in the event of a crash, these things are what keeps your ___ planted . also keep in mind that you get what you pay for. i bought a tenzoR seat last summer for $265 and i was not impressed with the quality. the plastic rings where the "harness" goes through split and won't go back together, you can feel slack in the recliner mechanism, and the cloth doesn't feel very durable. if you really want to get new seats go with bride seats (pronounced "brid"). they are high quaility but also high price. sparco & recarro are also good choices too. but they are all spendy, i want to say that the reclining seats will probably start in the $500 neighborhood per seat, and that DOES NOT include sliders or brackets. those will be another couple hundred bucks

another recomendation: DO NOT BUY ANY SEATS BEFORE YOU HAVE HAD A CHANCE TO SIT IN THEM
you need to make sure that you fit in it and that it is comfortible
