Stiffys & Dampers
sorry i'm such a noob here with suspension, what exactly is a stiffy, dampers, and camber? ahh i feel so stupid lol. so many people have the ingalls stiffy, but i dont know whats it for. if theres like a major purpose for it and is recommended i might have to add that to my list.

The ingalls stiffy reduced the amount of engine movement as it mounts to an engine mount and to the strut tower to reduce movement. This reduces wheel hop and allows more torque to get to the wheels. It also adds vibration and possibly noise if not installed well.
Camber has to do with the direction of the wheels after the car is dropped. Some drops are so extreme that the wheels can't be 'aligned' perfectly b/c of (neg/pos) camber, in which case you'd need a special kit from ingalls or hotchkis I believe.
