how to install the rear license plate area lights to LEDS?

can someone show or tell me how i can change my bulbs in the back where the license plate is located? what steps are required?

- buy bulbs (168/194 wedge bulbs)
- open up manual...
- look under replacing light bulbs...
- look at diagrams...
- go to car.
- pop plastic panal pieces off from inside
- replace light bulbs (twist, remove, replace)

look in sig for future reference
