hey has anybody changed their lights in the license plate? i popped the cover off where the bulbs are from the inside of the hatch and unhooked the wire harness but cannot get the bulb out... somebody please help!

 

just pull the bulb. dont twist!

 

ummm i think you have to twist then pull....i believe you twist it counter clockwise...i used a cresent wrench to help b/c my hands couldn't fit in there...but yeah twist first then pull....and to take the bulb out of the socket just pull carefully tho...b/c you don't wanna break it and cause a lot of mess....good luck!

 

i've tried everything... i've tried twisting and pulling, just wiggling it out and pulling straight out but still nothing. I guess i will figure something out.

 

try getting some sand paper and rub on your finger tips to get some grip. Wiggle and pull!

 

use some needle noses and come at it at an angle. squeez and twist. the first time is really tought, after that, you can do it with your hands...tough to get in that small spot with your hands

you guys must have like huge hands or something... i haven't had any issue shoving my hand in there to get the grip and leverage to just twist the base out and replace the bulb..

no pliers for me..
