and it sounded pretty awesome, i mean... for a 4 cylinder. it was running straight out of the stock manifold.. i was in the process of putting on my S-Pipe and i was like man i gotta do it haha. ill get video tomorrow morning before i go to work... i havent finished bolting it up yet cuz i dont know what happened to my nuts that came with the S-Pipe so im gonna have to run to the hardware store to get some and before i put em on ill start it up for you guys and let ya hear it.

 

just imagine running that with an aftermarket header like i did for a couple of weeks. loud? YES.

 

id actually like to, but thats like illegal right? i mean if its not smog illegal then it most definately must be against the sound ordinance i would imagine. did you have any trouble with cops?

 

nah. i barely drove the car because it was so loud. it was like 2 weeks between selling my old custom axleback and receiving my PM axleback.

I tried that when I swapped the exhaust and it was really loud!

 

its only illegal if u get caught. throw 200hp worth of stickers on it and no cop will be able to catch u!

why not jus do a full exhaust an dleave the axelback off wouldent it sound close to that sound?

 

because i dont want it like that all the time, its illegal and probly has horrible highway drone. it would just be awesome to open it up at the push of a button and surprise people

lol hells yeah, i know the power wont surprise em, but the sound will, it will just turn heads, but i really do like the sound, thats the main reason i want to dump it.
