Sorry ahead of time if this is posted in the wrong place. My daughters 05 XB was running fine then she went to crank it and it basically would redline if you didnt turn the key off. I have looked at everything I can think of. There are no codes. Checked TPS and IAC which seemed fine had proper voltage at both. It even still did it with MAF, IAC, and TPS unplugged. I had to quit looking at at that time, all I can think is there is a wiring issue or the ECU is bad and just telling it to do it. Never saw this on any gas vehicle in my life. any thoughts appreciated!!!

TB stuck open? throttle cable bound up?

No nothing stuck had throttle body completely off , it still does it with the sensors unplugged.
