Default engine misfire on the xa, got a few questions

So I got a misfire on cylinders one and two (p0301 and po302). When I removed the coilpacks I found cracks and rust along with fluid in the coilpacks. I assume this bad and dont want to even attempt to take out the fouled plugs unless I can remove the fluid.Ii dont have many tools at home so I was wondering what any of you have done in the past to take out the fluid. Any insight is appreciated I have been a long time lurker but finally joined up, if someone could even point me to a thread I may have not seen much appreciated...

Compressed air to shoot out fluid. Is it oil or water? And do you have the plastic cover installed on top of motor?
