Default Air Conditioning Issue

My serpentine belt cut a hole in one of my AC hoses. I replaced the hose, pulled 26 in of vacuum and serviced my AC System. The AC blows cold at idle but the more rpm the engine spins the warmer the ac gets. After about 2000 rpm, the air out of the vents is just ambient temps.

The local temps are 100° to 105°, what kind of pressures should I be seeing on the low and high side at idle and at say 4000 rpm?

Thanks

Thanks in advance if anyone can steer me down the correct path.
