i would almost say more because of the higher cost of the auto tranny.

Well thats the thing, they arent sourcing the transmission, just mounts, drive shafts, hardware and clutch cable kit. Since the A\T dont have a clutch and then if the tc2 bolts right up to the tc1 transmission, why would have to charge more if the only parts Descendant are sourcing is the mounts and shafts?

If u can confirm its built stronger then the tc1 then I might be worth it. As of right know I believe the tc1 transmision is braking at about 500-600 whp. If this tranu can hold up that type of power then I might consider it.

I was wondering the same thing I actually called the dealer ship a weekago and had them fax a parts list of the tc1 trans and tc2 trans I got my highlighter out and started marking the part numbers that were the same and alot of them were the same part number besides the 6th gear parts.. so my guess would be if there the same part numbers 1-5 then must not have improved the strenght.. still would be nice for the highway thats for sure!

ROB- just wondering if you guys have ever thought of down the road maybe offering a 5speed gear set? Nice work thos always building great products! I will be done with my build in less than a month maybe more and will be putting your guys intake manifold to the 32psi test!

As of right now building gear set's isn't on our list however we've used the PPG gear set before and they've worked flawlessly but typically they are expensive and I'll say it again...you get what you pay for:

I want to know how much abuse can this take compared to the tC1 transmission. What the highest whp one of these has, and how long can it hold up.
