man caught on speed camara going 147 mph in a rental hyundai sonata v6. people thought that it wasn't possible to go that fast. hyundai technicians said that they are governed to only 137 mph, but that is a lie. car and driver took a hyundai to the track and got it up to 144 mph but the portion that the picture was taken has a slight downhill slope that allowed it to reach that additional 3 mph.
so the fastest cars are rental cars and don't underestimate a hyundai...

LOLOL!!! I had a Rental 2007 hyundai over the weekend and got caught doing 111 in a 55!!!!!!!! hahahahah. those things are "fast" for econo cars.... =P now i gotta pay a $530 ticket... =(
