Depending on the state you were in and wether you had the windscreen installed. In AZ you would have to wear a helmet if you didn't have a windscreen, and in NJ you would have to wear a helmet either way. No matter what though, I'd wear a helmet.

Yes it has an instrument cluster =P.

Also it would be registered as a "custom vehicle" because the only way to make it street legal in the states (not sure about the new Atom 2) is to build it yourself. But technically, it's a "minimalist vehicle".

C'mon man... It's not that you "have" to have a helmet. It's the fact that getting hit in the face by a bug at 60mph wold not be that fun. I guess some people would be willing to take that chance, eventhough it is relatively slim.

Get a bigger windscreen I guess.

Wow that thread got confusing and off the point

I go with the one guy who said the z06 far as Vette's go-way less price and less one-off body work like zr1

The GTR will kill pretty much everything including a Porsche and does it cheaper and with the room for stuff unlike some exotics

The Viper and GT40 are ok-there are far better cars for the price ranges though

That Atom is so cool-so is the Smart car with the Hyabusa motor if we wanna go crazy with power to weight http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4gseTGwppbg

http://www.youtube.com/results?searc...y=smart+diablo

Personally if I had the cash and wanted to do something unique=HPA Golf or Beetle (450+hp and all wheel drive w/ a six speed and room for groceries and a roof rack) and it's a VW
