actually , both the 5.7 and 6.1 will come with available 6 speed manuals .


and at one point the 6.1 was slated to be manual only.


the r/t is the 5.7 the srt8 is the 6.1 and the base model is the 3.5 v6

 

that challenger is one badass car. cant wait for the camaro and challenger rivalry.

 

they need to bring back the plymouth barracuda/cuda

 

they need to make the GT40 again.

I spotted one in San Marcos...Black SRT - Some Old Dude driving it like a buick and the car itself was DIRTY!!!...WTF!...how sad!

 

yeah the SRT8 is the best re-made american MOPAR on the road, hands down.

well i saw a black one parked at the huge FORD dealer by house and im like wtf?! out already? so i checked it out and noticed there was a sold sign in the window...then when i was leaving some dude in a white Lotus Exige pulls up and goes over to look at it, i didnt think anything of it.

i go back the next day with my dads sick camera to take shots of the Hemi Orange one in the back and noticed the Exige in the exact spot as where the black one was.

sure enough that was his Challenger he bought, traded the Exige!... i personally would want the Lotus. what you think?

 

Ummm, wow, what a moron. Yes, I much rather have the Exige. Hands down.

 

It looks good... but I hate this whole "muscle car revival" thing, I mean come on.

It's 2008. What's the point of making a car an obsolete, unaerodynamic shape? And you KNOW that they figured "hell, we didn't bother to make it aerodynamic, so why even spend any time making it handle?"

It's not a sports car. It's a marketing ploy.
