LUCKYYYYYYYYYY i so want a bike... how much did you pay for it?

 

this bike was about 10k. not a good starter bike though...youll die on it.
start with something like a ninja250
you can pick one up cheap cheap cheap (2500ish) and theyre great to learn on.
also, if you're serious about it, make damn sure you take the msf course here before you start riding! it helps a ton and when you drop the bike its theirs...not yours

 

hey yostc i took the msf as well and have my motorcycle license.. i got turned down on loans bc of no credit, nobody wanted to cosign for the bike,but cosigned for my tC.. 3 years later here i am.. still bike-less but i do ride my bros cbr1000rr every now and then..

thanks man. hah, thats a big bike to ride. try arizona federal, very lenient on giving loans to people with bad/no credit. also, if your considering a new bike, they have a lot of first time buyer/promo programs with low interest rates.

 

oh for sure. i already have a bike license, and i had to take msf as a part of that. i ride my friend's ninja 250, so haha yeah, i want a bike that's a step up from the 250. maybe 500 orr if i ever grow the *****, a 600.

I'd take a used 636 any day , the gsxr600 is nice but isn't comfy and it's a torqueless wonder

 

most definetly not tourqeless. power band from 10k-16k = mmmmmmmm. not a ducati fan. the gixxer isnt the most comfortable, but to each their own.

 

compare it to a 750 or the 636 or almost ANY v motor and it will trump ANY 600cc race replica bike in the torque department

 

fyi. i have a suzuki sv650s also...i'm well aware of what im doing dude, no need to act like im a noob.

 

I have always liked CBR's, friend let me try his 600 Hurricane that was fully mod' dry clutch, port/polish/jet, and a Yoshimura pipe. I now like to get there slow and have room for baggage.
