Pontiac G6 coupe- a Solara rip off?
no, actually toyot has a mutual agreement with GM and especially pontiac and subaru, toyota lends and sells their designs to them, ie: pontiac vibe is a toyota matrix, and the G6 coupe is a solara
Most cars today look like something else. Style seems to be pretty low on the list of important things to do on the car. The Accord coupe isnt far off from those either. What is the Kia sedan that looks like a mix of every Euro lux car? The G6 has nothing to do with the Solara other than looking similar. The Vibe and the Matrix are the same car except for a few body panels.

Saturn Vue V6's have Honda motors. Never heard of Isuzu(GM) sharing with Honda but maybe Isuzu has a Vue chassis'd SUV. Toyota shared the Corolla chassis with the Chevy Metro. Toyota doesn't have a mutual agreement with Subaru, they own an 8.9% share of them. GM no longer has ties with Subaru so who knows what's going to happen with the Saab 9-2X Aero.

I really didn't even think Solara when I first saw the G6. If you look at the side profile it is a clear ripoff of the Scion tC. I see the 2 of them and have a hard time telling them apart till I get closer.
