the car is going to be tiny because every car company is bringing extremely small entry level cars so im guessing it will either be a daihatsu or toyota 2box and since its for youths no way in hell would it be any of these

By the sales figures, I think Scion just realized not going to crazy with car design (tC) gets a lot of attention. Although, taking cars from Japan Toyota means barely any development cost, so profit margins can be smaller. Either way, I'm just rambling.

I am thinking a sedan.

you people arent thinking why in the world would Scion bring out an ordinary car when a bunch of companies are bringing cool hatchbacks and stuff and competing for the same market.

Think about this:
Nissan brings the tiida, nissan cube, march.Honda brings the fit, and stream. Hyundai brings the Getz. Suzuki comes out with the swift. Mitsubishi brings the colt. Scion comes out with a sedan, suv, mini van or a truck. Who do you think young people will go for? Damn sure wouldnt be Scion.

SUVs are like SOOOO 2003. they're just not "cool" anymore, and vehicles getting 12 mpg don't exactly seem to fly with the younger (poorer) generation. I'd guess some kind of sedan to replace the xA. Maybe a 4-door tC? Just a guess...

I am thinking it is an xB truck too, also I dont know about you but the xB I have always looked at as a mini-suv, I was going to buy another explorer but the xB was somewhat comparable in carrying size, half the price, more reliable and looks a hell of alot better.

dude power costs money and scion wont make anything thats remotely expensive in fear of losing the cheap poor customers. but i think no power would keep more away but i guess not.

Torque is cheaper than power meaning diesel. The TDI VDub models get extremely good gas mileage compared to gas engines. Not much HP gain but torque "What Moves you"-<scion motto :D >
