Wald is a bodykit company. That pic is the TOyota Passo with the Wald Kit. But the Passo uses a 1L and 1.3L engines.

It will make for an affordable sports convertible with crap loads of maneuverability. These cars are just booming in Europe, and obviously France. I live near Mexico, and "rich" kids choose this car or a VW GTI. Pretty sweet, if you ask me. Scion should look into a model similar to the Peugeot 206cc, except Toyota should x2 the power!

I would like to see a 4 door hatch like the what saab use to have or the 01-05 Hyundai Elantra GT. But I can see Toyota rebadging the bB opendeck as a Scion.

They spent so much time developing this thing I bet you it will be the DL. Maybe with a retractable rear hatch or something like that for a pickup function.

Toyota is redesigning the Rav4 to be bigger (6" smaller than the Highlander) and with a V6 option.

I wouldn't be surprised to see a small cross-over utility vehicle in the Scion line-up to fill the small SUV gap left in the Toyota line-up.

 

Some other post said it died? I bought my car, so I probably will not have the money to buy a DL no matter what it looks like. I got my car with a 30 year ballon payment loan and will be paying for this my whole life........GO SCION!!!! They got me!

My bet is a small suv(like the daihatsu be-go)/mini-sport truck(like i dunno what) or a convertible (MR-2 succesor)......maybe both even, one after the other

 

I really doubt that the dealers know much more than the automotive press knows.

I'd really like to see a small, capable 4WD along the lines of the old Suzuki Samurai. I doubt we'll see it, though, because it would cut into the sales of the new FJ-schmoozer.
