Who would switch to an FT86?
This car looks awesome and its supposed to be RWD. How many Scion owners would make the jump over to this if the price range was mid $20k?

X2^. It looks bad @ss, will drive bad @ss, and its a Toyota with a Subu engine. cant go wrong I would say. Plus when you put an exhaust on...it will sound great! I would order one the second you can. Probably keep my tC tho. Wouldnt trade it in on it. would love to have both.

None of what I say applies to the subabru version though.

Sadly, I feel the subaru version doesn't carry that same heritage and feel as the AE86. An AWD turbo system will not be cheap and it will be heavy. AND it will surely be priced around what an STI costs now (30-35k).

I'm used to driving AWD cars so thats probably be one of the main selling point for me. Well you can't really compare the "feel" of a RWD system with a AWD system.
