Making Progress **vid**
lol keep your pants on travis, I wasn't being bashful or hateful or putting you down at all, no need to be testee - that's what all the smiley's and the (sarcasm) was for
you spun out thirteen times... and from the in-car vid, three times because you didn't put the e-brake down. I'm trying to give you helpful pointers, I've been drifting on and off with a few of my buddies RWD cars at get-togethers for over a year, it's a hobby of our car club with their other toys and I get in on it every chance I can, and I'm not even going to try to mention me sliding the tail of my FWD car around, because that's not drifting.
stop using the e-brake, it's not teaching you anything and it's just wasting tires, you don't need it with the 275tq the Z has, just get it up there in the revs and keep it there.
if you don't want any help from other people, you could just say so, no need to try and break down someone's post with numerous quotes and try and pick it to death, that's just rude

Yeah, I'm using Kuhmo tires. Something the Drift king said about running crappier tires while learning, that I decided to go with a little more grip. I forget what it was he said though, I will have to go dig it back out.

Well, sometimes you will get the smartbutt version of me...
But on a serious note, I have been practicing clutch kicks, and it's a little more difficult BECAUSE of the 275tq of the Z. I tend to lay into the throttle a little to much and power over more than I need and spin out. Compare my first vid with that of this vid.
ALL clutch kicks pretty much in this vid

I wanted to recant a little bit. I said I was using the hand-brake to initiate the dirft, and then using throttle and steering input to control the rest, that is what I was doing. But when I said you are/can't use the hand-brake to control the drift too....That part was false. You CAN use the hand-brake to control the drift. It's used to adjust your angle. Pulling it during mid drift will increase the angle of your drift.
And just food for thought...Professional D1 Drivers STILL use the E-brake to control and initiate drifts, depending on the corner.
