anyway... not to beat a dead horse but... honestly that was askin for flaming for numerous reasons even though it was probably a very fun experience.

also, im noticing many tc drivers, myself included at some point, have an inferiority complex when it comes to other cars messing with us. the truth is most of our mods count for nothing on the street, including suspension. its the power that counts, i hate to say it, and that m3 was definitely not trying. an m3 has gassed it next to me and that thing was a rocket. i say suspension does not count because you'd be surprised what you can do on stock suspension. aftermarket parts on the street just give you that bit of confidence.

id be a hypocrite if i said i didnt use my suspension to my advantage, but i REALLY use it. though, when nobody is around, and usually on the popular arced freeway exits around here. with the right hand and footwork, you can really have quite some fun and learn about where the limits really are. but till then, i honestly dont believe aftermarket suspensions truly work any magic past giving confidence and ego.

People that flame don't even touch me if I wanted a car that would make me feel superior, I'd have it. I'm saving my money for a masters and a home. So yes what I did was for "fun" not to prove anything and also because he wanted to be a d!ck and cut me off on a ramp.

Suspension does work.

oh i don't think my car is inferior at all. i love my car to death or i'd have another one by now. i also know ive proven my own ability and car's performance through various autocrosses and hopefully tracks soon. by inferiority complex i just mean to imply that i notice most scion owners feel the need to prove scions are great, referencing them as lesser cars beating greater cars.

"65k car wins against 20k car "

"He barely kept up with me. I think maybe just the surprise that my lil car can take corners right. "

and yes, i did read about the flaming, and i dont think i flamed any. but this is a forum and no matter how many disclaimers you put, it's still a forum. kanundrum knew this from his first reply post :D
