Default 360tuners.com, bad for business

Never do business with 360tuners.com.
I bought a shift **** there and it didn’t fit. I call and told them, they said to send it back and they would refund my money plus shipping.
They were happy to take it back but not refund my money.
To this day I’m still waiting.
I call and explain the problem, and they hang up on me. No joke!
If you can pass this around, I don’t want others going through this.

I see, you should put their name in the title, and maybe they will address the situation with you in the thread. If they are on this site

Oh that sucks.
Ya, this company screwed me, but it’s also the way they did it. Hanging up on me and not answering any of my questions. I’m a business major and if my company did anything like this I would be ____ed. I’m thinking it must be some guy in his garage, selling stuff. I only wish I had known that sooner, oh well, I’ll never do anything with them again.

Well it's been a month or two and they still have not returned all my money.
They owe me $8; I know it’s only $8 but it’s the thought.
And bumping this topic might help someone out there.

Default 360tuners

Its very disappointing to hear that they didn't refund your money. But my experience with 360tuners is worth mentioning, as I received my order timely and safely.
