I had my turbo intercooler piping powder coated to get as close to a match to my car as possible. Additionally I had a silver ceramic coat on my turbo manifold for looks as well as heat retention. Over the last year, the ceramic on the manifold has been cooking off, and I really wanted to get it jet hot coated and then resilvered. I contacted them about the price for this double coat as well as getting a jet hot on my downpipe and the other side of my turbo. "Them "is Professional Cryogenics, in Cumming, GA. Anyway, he remembered my car, and his response was "That shouldn't be happening....we'll recoat it for no charge." That's right folks, NO CHARGE!! Now some would say "It shouldn't have happened in the first place" and you may be right, but when I first got it coated I didn't have an idea of the temperatures involved with my turbo, so I didn't ask for it to begin with. The point of the thread is that without blinking an eye and grilling me, Dan (co-owner of aforementioned company) just straight up offered to recoat. If that isn't fantastic customer service, I don't know what is, and I will gladly and eagerly tell one and all that if they need work like this done, to go and talk to these great folks! I'm still sitting at my desk amazed at this response after a year!
