assault tech is sexy

 

Something similar happened to me, but a few details were different. I'll still continue to buy from them. One bad experience isn't going to stop me completely, just make me slightly hesitant. I'd say to keep your buyers confidence with them, things happen and businesses have road bumps. Assaultech seems to be quite lucrative here on these forums and on others, hopefully you'll regain buyer confidence with them. I've trusted them with my money a couple times, the results were satisfactory the first time, and slightly less satisfactory the second, but not enough to ruin and completely stop me from buying from them in the future.

 

ive had 1 good experiance with them out of 3.. time to switch.. when i order something it mean's i want that product not when they feel like giveing it to me

 

^sucks bro, ive had 1 order with no issues, its tough but they do have the lowest prices on everything, lol

 

Order was sent to CM when we got it in. This is why we don't normally sell CM. Sorry for your experience. This industry is not always a speedy one, with the economy the way it is, manufactures have become slower and slower on their delivery times and backorders.

First Order: ordered an in stock item, had it the next day!

Second Order: Magnaflow exhaust, out of stock and on backorder. After a month of waiting, he did not want to wait anymore so we refunded him and shipped a TurboXS Boost Controller instead.

Third Order: I will take some blame by telling you that it would be there sooner than it was. However, the order was sent out on time. I am not sure what took so long. This is why we normally try not to sell CM, the delivery time is slow.

I am very sorry Justin, we are still a new company (opened March 09) and trying to work on our efficiency so there is less run around for everyone. I know we have left a sour taste in your mouth and for that I personally apologize. If you wish to give us another chance, you know where to find me.

I sent a friend there way and it seemed like it went well. Good response Dan and that stuff does happen!

 

i ordered springs from them and i didnt have a problem. they even notified me that they were out of stock and i just waited for another week from them to get some in so they could ship my order. came right on time too.

 

ive got the clutch now just was told it would be here a week after we ordered it and it was about 2 weeks after we ordered it... i have no problem with u guy's just a lil upset because it cost me money on a install that's all..and that was the reason i sent my friend to u guy's because i had good experiance the 1st time... and the 2nd time... i never got a boost controller?

 

i had a great experiance with Assultech as a matter of fact i'll probably order something from them today lol
