azntct turbo sale problem
Whilst he doesn't necessarily have to be on the public forum defending himself (although recommended), he should at least be in touch with the buyer privately instead of avoiding phone calls/texts and trying to cash a canceled check.
Masons total costs of making this kit work and fit correctly are very high.

As much as I hate to see someone not get paid for goods, he also lied profusely about what the buyer was getting. All in all seems kinda moot in the end; an uninformed buyer purchased a hack job kit, that he would have recognized as being that way if he knew what to look for, from a guy that still refuses to take ownership of shady-ness and his lies and instead of even acknowledging his wrong he continues to ingore this and bump his for sale thread....choice.
I honestly think that yea it was a bit of a shady deal but it was the buyers fault for not knowing jack about a turbo kit before he goes and buys one for his car. Yea he may have gotten taken advantage of but you basically stole the kit from the guy since he hasnt gotten any money from you cause of the cancelled check. I think both the buyer and seller are wrong! If you wanted to keep the kit and fix it you should pay the guy something maybe minus your costs but some of the costs should have been known if you knew what the heck you were doing. Obviously you didnt though. But you stole a kit basically cause you went bought it. Then cancelled the check and still have someone elses property since the sale techinically never happened if there isnt any payment since I am sure it wasnt a free turbo kit.

I missed 4 days of school AND work, my way of paying for this kit, and for paying Mike to do all this for me because some douche canoe felt the need to sell a blown turbo...
The plate on the backside of the compressor housing was black, as if spray painted, and the bolts that were holding the plate on had score marks on them, as if taken off before.
I'm the one calling & texting him, making threads, trying to make right, and he CLEARLY wants nothing to do with this entire situation, when in reality should be the one blowing up my phone trying to get either the kit or the cash? yet Im the one whos getting fingers pointed at here? reality check.
We both got shafted because he lost out on money on a turbo kit, and I lost out on my school and work, and far as Im concerned, now that Ive seen him act like this and ignore my calls, txts & call outs, this situation is over with.
I have done everything I can to get in contact with him, except drive "half way" to his house. Sorry, did it once, not doing it again.
I hope I've made the situation clearer for the people who had trouble seeing the whole picture.
its alright all karma is a b. i was contacted yes but was nothing but yelling and screaming on the phone about buy me new turbo or give my money back and pay mike for the install. samething over and over. trying to get a hold of shop that sold me the turbo saying its gt30.. i got screwed from a shop, not just a person. i was ____ed about that. having school to pay i used the turbo kit money for school. i had no money to pay back or buy a kit. woulda be nice to work something out but all the yelling and screaming, led me to not want anything to do with it anymore. if he cancel check congrats good on him and keeping kit alright on him. im kinda up set but it is what it is. he learn his lesson to look over parts before buying in person and i learn not to take checks anymore. im out of the scene now just focusing on school and work. congrats to mason. we both learn something from one another and hopefully this will help u out in future. one thing is always correct karma is a b. gl to mason and all, sorry for what had happen
been talking to highvoltage1 threw pm bc he the only one that is talking to me instead of fliping out and stuff. ur upset and so am i but what is done is done. u got ur money and u got kit so drop as it need to be. tired of ppl texting me saying its ok man ur a good seller to me and etc. its doesn't matter this my first bad sale, bc i got tricked by shop to telling me what was what so i posted what they said was what. but over all u got it all and all for cheap

hey bro thanks for talkiing to me on side instead of judging me. i thank you for doing so.
Why would he expect u to buy him a new turbo or pay for the install? I mean I'm sure when he bought it he looked at everything an was obviously satisfied. That's jus like odering a kit from dezod the turbo blows an wanting ur money back.
Anyways boosted239 I'm sure azntct wrked hard for the kit an u just didn't pay a dime for it al least give him something.
