Bredemann Toyota, Park Ridge IL

I wanted to get my extended warranty refunded, (I refinanced with a credit union because Bredemann's rates were astronomical and I got a better deal on the warranty) so I talked with this guy and let him know what I wanted to do. He said he needed to finish his dinner and then left. I wanted my money back so I waited... and waited... and waited... He came back and forgot what I said earlier, so I explained it again. He then said the computers were down and I should call tomorrow to inquire about getting my refund. Well, I called the next day and he wasn't there. Turns out he takes those days off. Real good... I take my tC for maintanence at another dealership and they are awesome (Libertyville Toyota, Libertyville, IL). Never will I buy a car from Bredemann again. DON'T BUY FROM THERE! PREPARE TO GET SOME OF THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN YOUR LIFE. ENJOY!

i live in the area and I'm looking to get a tC. i've done a few searches for dealership and that was one of them.

i won't be buyin from that place. i can only imagine what other types of jacka$$es they have workin there.
