Default bad first impression of classifieds

not only the person did not mail the product to the specific address i gave him, but he some how found my OLD home address and shipped it there. i did not give out that information at all, and he was still able to find that out. kinda creepy.

wtf?!?!

i was never comfortable about purchasing things through forums and this proved me right.

Maybe you paid him/her with paypal and he/she had to send it to what your address in Paypal is for seller protection.

^true true. If the info in the paypal isn't current then that'll happen, that's what I was thinking in this situation.

You don't sound like the brightest bulb either (OP).

Be aware of the information you provide (on PayPal) and get this thing sorted.

Why is this even a topic?

I been burnt on stuff before, cause my paypal wasnt up to date. So no matter what you tell ppl, they 9 times out of 10, they will go by the address that is on print shipping label.
