i would not of given the 100.00 back either.. You made a promise to buy something... Could not come up with the money... He lost out on possible sales.. I sell cars for a living.. If u leave a deposite.. Your not getting it back... Just the way things work..

Now if he promised it back to you.. thats another story.. You should of kept emails.. And called the local police in his area... They are very helpful
