ha are you kidding me you must be some rich a$$ bastard or something. If i gave you 100 dolalrs to hold on and you would not give me it back somethings gonna be done. its not your money it is mine. He could have sold it easily to someone else but other people have tried to get stuff from this same kid and the kid does not get back to them either. You people need to understand that I MADE SURE THAT IT WAS A REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT.
i had every intention of buying the lip kit and i appologized for wasting his time and holding the lip kit for me. he said it wasnt a problem and would refund me my money. and now almost 4 months later i still have nothing. but hey shorberg its nice to know that you're just like hiimshon and would love to have the opportunity to screw someone over.
note to self: if shorberg decides to sell anything on scionlife... dont buy from him either.

u have this in writing, him telling you it was a refundable deposit? if you do, then just take him to small claims court. at this point, its probably your only option if u want to try to get teh $ back

The only thing I have to say is don't you love how everyone has to put in their two cents about your issue. You never once asked for advice, but were rather just letting everyone know your circumstances and to beware of this seller, but everyone has to put their two cents in on what YOU did wrong!!! Forget the fact that the guy said he would send you back your money and didn't?!?!?
IMO...if he said he would give you the money back if you backed out and you have proof of that, take his **** to court! Then he will learn....but the thing you need to ask yourself, is it worth all this trouble??? I know $100 is a lot of money to some people and nothing to others, but you have to ask yourself(and ignore the rest of the idiots on here)...is it worth all the hassle to get my $100 back...if it is, then go full steam and let us know if there is anyway we can help!!!!!

true that man, and you would be surprised at how many pms i've gotten asking me whether or not they should buy from hiimshon, and my quick response is "no"
its begining to be the same things with recliner15 i sent him 35 bucks for an OEM lower grill oh id say about 3.5 weeks ago and i still dont have it, he refuses to give a confirmation number because get this ready.... it was a whooping $.75 extra. so lame. people will do anything to screw someone else over these days. and i dont even have a lower grill, so its not like i was going to do the "badgeless upper grill mod" i actually need a lower grill so the front of my car doesnt look like garbage.
