you're gonna give the guy his money back? that is the ONLY resolution for this situation since you basically withheld info and the condition of the product you sold.

wow that sux man. that was shady of him to not post what they ACTUALLY looked like cause that looks nothing like the ones he had up. he said he'll give u money to have those welds cleaned up try doing that

 

well if I do end up being stuck with it, at least I can attempt to sell, and he will never be able to sell anything on here again. 650 worth trashing your rep? The prob is, the money is spent. He has no way of refunding me, and knows that the kit will never sell from him if he gets it back. I am going to talk to Amex today...see if they can do anything for me...

Seems like more and more shady people are coming out these days... It seems like these forums get worse and worse everyday... Ive been waiting over a month for some guy on another forum to send me stuff and im abou ready to do the same thing....

his paypal should have had an address on it. idk how else u can find it, whats the deal with this transaction?

 

basically, his new buyer backed out, and he is not responding to my im's. I filed a complaint with Amex. They told me to ship it back to him, make records of the shipping and fax it to them. Basically, I am assuming Amex takes the money back from paypal, then paypal goes after him for the money. I am just trying to find this kids addy so I can ship it back to him...what a process...

Amex needs to see that I sent the utem(s) back in order to refund my account. Trust me, I would love to screw this kid, but I just want my money back....Paypal only has his member name and email addy...can't locate his address...

Yea he is checking the site. He refuses to give me his address to send the items back. I let Amex know...they will research it and get back to me. So as of right now, I am selling the parts off. What an a hole....
