actually you cant sell those parts off till this is settled because if u get refunded....you HAVE to return the goods or i get my 650 back

im sorry about what has happened to you but i have to say you get what you pay for even so it was kinda messed up on the other guy's part on not showing you the actual pics of the items you were getting

agreed, but sometimes people are hurting for cash so they sell items for cheap. There is a classified where a guy is selling s/c parts and the s/c for dirt cheap. He is just looking for some quick money, just like jacka** was. The items where not as described, nor where pics taken of the patches. nuff said

sevenofspades you got raped !!! he knows he should have posted pics in all the pics he posted he purposely hid the defects. no other pics of the mani showing all the bad. you could clean it up. and you do get what you pay for. all i have to say bout that is im glad i purchased my kit from someone trustworthy ( superxero )

I saw your description..you mentioned nothing of the damages.

By your logic, it is okay to sell a car with the rear smashed in, but only show a picture of the front, and claiming it is okay because you didn't say it "wasn't smashed in". The evidence here is not in your favor. None of it is.

You know that this logic fails, selling something and failing to mention the details is the same as lying about the details. You know this, quit playing games, no one is on your side here, that should be your first indication that you are wrong.

 

This thread is going nowhere... if you guys ever actually get this settled, let me know and I'll unlock this so the result can be posted. Otherwise, it's going to be locked since it is just people bickering back and forth and not doing anything.

Like I said, let me know if anything actually comes out of this so it can be updated... but it ends here for now.
