Hi Guys,

Just need to know your experiences with business transactions with Andrew (A.K.A. Blue Bat).

I recently sent him an order for custom eyelids and it seems that I'm having a hard time communicating with him. I live in Anaheim, CA and he's in San Diego, CA. It's just a day away if I use the cheapest method of mailing. I sent the check and order last 5/29 going USPS Priority and I asked him on 5/30 if he received the check in the mail. He said no. But wouldn't that be impossible??? I emailed him about the status of my order, and I didn't get any response from him.

I thought he's an ever-so-helpful guy who replies on a regular basis. I'm not saying he's a bad seller, I'm just worried about my order because it seems like he's not doing anything about it. Atleast I would appreciate him letting me know that he's working on it.

It has been 2 days since he last sent me an email. Is he ever been like this with you guys? I'm just worried...

I hope Andrew can read this and let me know what's goin on.

err.. you asked him the day after you sent the check?
it's USPS.... even if you're sending a letter to the house next door, it might take longer than a day.

unless you pay for overnight.. it is likely that it won't be.

when he get's payment, he sends out. very quick.
give it another day... he does have a full-time job doing other things elsewhere.

how else can he afford to own a viper? you don't think he gets all that money just from selling overlays?

(that'd be sweet though... i'd get into the vinyl biz for that.. though i technically kinda am a little bit)

 

uhh... you need to give him more time dude. Dont worry, he's a great guy and he's not going to take your money. I'd expect you'll receive the item within the week.

 

I'm not worried about the money. It's just a 25-dollar order. :D If it was for 25 G's, I would be.

I'm just ranting because he hasn't returned any of my emails since 5/30 and it's my first time ordering from him.

Okay, I'll be calm now. I'll give him week. Sorry being like this.

 

Got a reply from Andrew and he shipped my order yesterday! That was great!

They don't call the USPS "Snail Mail" for a reason, ya think? I've dealt with Blu and he's a stand up guy. 2 thumbs up!

 

yeah bluebat products are good, and his service is reliable. time is the issue, and you figured that out in the end, which is good. remember, this is business, not instant gratification.
