So I was told 3 weeks. I got it 5 weeks later. There was a hair stuck under the clear coat. Not just any hair, looks like a dog hair. It's not a scratch. I've laid cf before and never have I ever seen this crap happen. When I sent in a email for warranty, I'm being told to ship it back. So that means I'll be out of a hatch garnish for another 5 weeks? Who knows. I'm responsible for shipping it back and everything, when it's not my fault that you did horrendous work and got a hair stuck under the clear? I already overpaid, and I only overpaid thinking I would get a quality item. That doesn't make any sense. Even the cf itself was all crooked nasty. It was butt crack nasty.
Clear coat is really spotty. Very minimal design. Even the cut outs for the hatch switch was cut way too small. I'm not some 16 year old kid. You guys need to clean up your act.



Quality is way below average! DO NOT BUY! Seems like nothing but issues with C12. My experience has been nothing but horrible with C12. It taking way too long to get the damn thing, assuming it will be awesome quality given all that time. I thought you were "taking" your time to make it perfect, but I was way off on that.

 

I really dont like posting negative things about folks but I would have to agree. CF a pillars that I got dont fit well and the edge of one of them was cracked and not due to shipping because the box that it was shipped in and even the packaging on the inside was in perfect condition. Emailed them and never got a response.

 

Glad I saw this cuz I was looking at their carbon fiber rear lip with fins....

 

Yea my pillars fit like ___ and it took them almost 4 months to ship them to me but they look nice even though they have a few imperfections like cracks and clear coat issues. Still the only place to get CF made for our car

damn i havnt heard much good coming from these guys lately :/ one of my friends had rear interior panels made and it took em almost a year if i remember correctly, and they still fit like ____.

 

Good thing I saw this. I was going to order a rear garnish to replace my broken one.

 

If you look at another forum, there's 18 pages of just pure complaints. There's a poor girl that didn't get her parts for almost a year.

 

It would be nice if we had another option for cf parts. Guess Di-NOC is going to be on my whole interior now.

 

Glad I saw this! Thanks for the heads up. I was going to buy the rear seat side panel inserts. They told me 3 weeks. I'm not going to pay them $350 to wait up to a year for bad quality crap. Looks like I'll be making them myself.

Just wanted to apologize for the inconvenience again. In the past, C12 hasn't had problems like this. As a dealer for them, I am deeply saddened to see this many complaints.

 

It's not your fault. You guys sold the item and saw to it I got the item. You held up your part of the deal.

C12, just thought it would be amusing to imbed a dog hair in my hatch garnish. I dunno. He says send it back, but I'm not waiting another 5 weeks.

 

that was my friend. granted they had to fab them from nothing but thats still way too long, especially for them to still not fit right.

the only reason it took that long was cause they used her panels as the molds so they had to make em completely from scratch. im sure your's would come faster but i dont know if they fixed the fitment issue yet

 

I actually had a similar issue buying direct from them. Bought my garnish from them took 6 weeks to get and opened up the box and there was a giant scratch on it. email them and they say the same thing and there was no way I was gonna wait either. So I just recleared it but thats not the point
