thanks mo and christian... its all good because i talked to paypal on the phone and they said they will contact me later today about this more i detail and ill prob end up getting my money back or atleast 97 dollars of it so in the end guipo things come back to haunt yyou....i didnt even ask paypal for money back i just told them ur claiming u didnt get it and they said well we might be able to give you your money back =P
There is no proof the OP scammed anyone.
The tracking number is invalid and shows no proof of delivery.
What has been determined is that a refund was given. So while the OP may not have received his item he did receive a refund.

I can tell you don't ship often. What you're not understanding is proof of shipment and proof of delivery are TOTALLY different. You shipped internationally, there is an emphasis on proof of delivery. Whether that method be delivery confirmation, etc. What you posted was a receipt that shows you purchased no type of delivery confirmation and no type of insurance. Which means that IF the OP did not receive the item you can't even file an insurance claim so that both parties are compensated for a postal mishap.
I can see why PayPal refunded the buyer, even if he scammed you and he did receive it, the fault is still yours for not purchasing some form of delivery confirmation to, 1st - assure your buyer the item has been shipped and can track it to their destination and 2nd - prevent unnecessary charge-backs.
What you must understand, when selling anything, owning a store, etc. The credit processing company is always going to side with the purchaser in cases where items were not received because it is your job as a seller to provide confirmation or tracking info as well as insure the item.
While you guys are passing the blame around it could just be the postal service that lost the package. Unfortunately since did not purchase any type of delivery confirmation and insurance, you are at a loss to come up with proof so the fault lies with you.

Also, since you sold an item outside of eBay you aren't even liable for items not being as described, all you needed was proof of delivery and the problem would be solved.

with this tread I just wanted to warn people who want to buy from this seller.
You're exactly right, funds can only be deducted from the PayPal balance.
^ that is true, just because paypal sided with giupo doesn't necessarily mean he was returned the money. has happened to me many times before, paypal sides with me and the people don't have the funds in paypal to pay back
However, if he ever sells anything else those funds will go to you 1st, assuming he doesn't owe anyone else. If his account is negative for too long it will be closed and it will go to collections.
yea but too bad they already took the money from my account around dec 17 and that my account isnt in negatives hence why i can buy and sekll the like i have been doing
OP just needs to keep hassling paypal cuz paypal sure came after me for the money already n they got it
