This is the second time this has happened. My friend went down there to get his oil changed (one of the free ones) and they didn't want to do it because it wasn't used as the first 3 oil changes. Victor Yeh (service guy) was very reluctant to do it and gave my friend a lecture about them only being used as the first 3. Of course, i jumped on the phone to scion to double check this and of course that is a lie. Scion is always helpful and really nice. Looks like i will never use them for anything along with my friend.

others on the forum may have had a different experience, but my first time at that dealership was horrible.

i went over there to check out the tc and received some of the worst service imaginable.

needless to say i wont be going back.

 

i have heard good things about them in the past, but i will stick to quality scion or scion of glendora from now on

 

uhhh bought an xb at night sight unseen and came back the next day to find out they didn't have the car they sold us and gave us crap when we wanted our money back.worst dealer on the face of the planet
