Actually yes... you and I did business.. and the transaction was fine... I've sold over 100 items on this board and have had very few problems... I'm not a thief by any means of the word...contrary to popular slander...

Was it the dc carbon bar?

Not exactly sure, but it was last year. Regardless, you can have 100 good experiences, but it's that one or two bad experiences that you have that left unattended turn into a mess as this has. But either way, I will do whatever it takes to make whomever I've "stolen" from happy.

Making a mistake over shipping is easy to fix....but when you take something from someone that is suppose to be your firend without asking....(even if if you gave it to them) right out of there garage is stealing and you dont do that to a so called friend...So tell me, how do you plan to make whomever you've stole from happy?

Jaems, You say that you have had no problems with your "over 100 sales" or whatever... I have to call BS on that one. This isn't the first thread in which people are saying that you don't follow through.

I don't know you, but I know Ed... I don't think he would lie about this. So, I am going to go with Ed. I think that you Jaems should either straighten out your business, or stop doing it. You are 30 fricken years old. Act like it!

This is outside of the scope of this thread, but I did give him money + the promise of whatever parts I had leftover from my xB. My cell phone is no longer so I haven't been getting any text messages or replying to them. I'll contact him directly and bring him the weapon-r engine dampener and STS i promised him. He's just never at the shop when I'm able to stop by from work..

Interesting thread. Last year, I sent him my stock headlights so he could do an angel eye retrofit. The deal was that I'd send him my stock headlights, he'd use them for his angel eye experiment and then he'd send them back with angel eyes installed. I got a message about two weeks after I sent them to him that the headlights got destroyed by the post office and were pretty much rendered useless when he received them. (My dumba$$ didn't pay for insurance). I understood that this was my mistake and we exchanged a few more PMs to try to figure something out and nothing really came of it. We basically decided that they weren't even worth shipping back to me. I was cool with all of this and accepted my loss.

Then, a few weeks ago when he was parting out everything, he mentioned in one of his sales threads that he had a couple sets of stock headlights laying around. The thread got locked a few minutes after I replied to it. Now after reading this thread, it makes me wonder if my headlights were really destroyed. I apologize if I'm wrong, but after seeing that he'd screw over his own friend, I don't see why he wouldn't do that to me.

BUT - I did buy his Figure LLC grilles with no problems.

Amanda,

I ended up buying a couple of sets used (ebay/etc). I still have yours in my garage if you want them shipped back. The lenses are pretty bad. If you would like them shipped back as proof, that's fine too.

I'm glad you got the Grilles ok and that things worked out...

Oh yeah i remeber those lights..one of them is sitting inside TSE MotorSports right now with the inside painted like a metalic purple...I he told me some girl on SL sent him some lights and that he told her that there was a crak in one of the lenses and she said to just keep them......the crak was hair line....but he baked one of them open and painted the inside and it is now TSE motorsports sitting on the shelf as a display decrotive item

Knowing none of the people involved, maybe it was just an accident. Sometimes the big conspiracy is that nobody is out to get you....

This is how things get blown out of proportion.

You're going to think what you want... At this point I really could give a flying f**k anymore. You've done enough to drag my name through the mud. Yes I've had issues with shipping/product. And YES I've fixed the problems. I'm not in the business to rip people off or to keep anyone's money. I do fine on my own from a financial standpoint without having to resort to theft or scams, K thx..

If anyone thinks I've ripped them off, please email me directly: jelinek@gmail.com and I'll discuss the issue and remit any funds/product that you believe you were swindled out of.

That includes you too, Ed

I would ship one of those "Extra Pair's" of headlights back to Amanda. That would show excellent Customer Service. Just my opinion on that one. either way, she should have got her lights back, damaged or not.
