You can't close an account for at least 60 days after the last transaction so it's still open.

 

dude i doubt you get your money back highly but post a screenshot if you do i just cant see it happening especially when u sent payment as a gift to try and avoid paypal fees

If you could send me his address that would be great. He still has $250 of mine. I was stupid I know, but I sent the money as a "gift" because he said it would be easier on him. I know I have used paypal before and it was stupid on my part, however no one has been low enough to ever scam me especially on SL. Anyway I kept every single text he sent me and that I sent him. I'll figure out how to get my money back one way or the other.

1st tip to buying from members on SL. Search to see if their is negative feedback on them before sending them money. Thats what i do everytime before i send money to anyone on here.

Well he sent me a text yesterday telling me to stay calm because he was refunding my money. Today I filled out the papers to file a claim in small claims court. He said he would send the money by this weekend. If I don't get anything by Saturday I will continue moving forward and file the court papers.
