Default Dissatisfied w/ Xenon King Customer Service

I was looking around today and noticed on Xenon Kings site they were using my Picture without my consent http://www.xenonking.com/6000gp.htm and here's my pics

Hmmmmm I wonder if those are the same car? hmm..../
Well I call them up to tell them the car they are using is mine and the Customer service person becomes extremely irritated with me and doesn't want to help at all. He says well I can't do anything for you. So I ask to speak to the owner and right when he picks up the phone he sounds angry. I explain to him how my car is falsly on there and that I would like them to remove my picture due to someone stealing my pick and sending it in for the contest to win a free HID Kit. He then tells me in an irritated attitude he has no time to even talk about this with me and that he's the number 1 HID kit seller in the US, and that he's wasting his time just speaking to me. I was very calm and wasn't really angry but quickly became irritated at his eagerness to get me off the phone and not want to even help me at all or come up with a solution. I then tell him that HID isn't even their HID kit thus it cannot be used in the contest and I own the origional pictures to prove it's my car. He then becomes extremly mad at me and starts trying to become technically and saying he doesnt' beleive me and that I should feel honored to be on their website.

From this experience I definatly don't recommend anyone getting an HID Kit from Xenon King by the way their unprofessional owner and customer service people didn't help me nor try to come up with a solution to the problem.

I agree with you, Motorsport_TC - that's quite shady. They always say hindsight is 20/20, but next time you should watermark your images. A qualified Photoshop artist can remove most watermarks, but the layperson would give up.

Most people are friendly enough to at least ask people before using their images (since when you take a photo, you have a right to copyright your work), but there are the folks out there who just don't care.

If I was a business owner (wait, I am!) I would have contacted you and offered you either a discount or some incentive in exchange for your photos (and hard work) instead of stealing them.

Yeah the thing is they became hostile at me just when I said I would have appreicated it if they asked to use my pictures or apologized for not informing me. I didn't even ask for any incentive
