Default hid help!!!!!!!!

here is the deal. i bought mobil hid 5k slim ballast lights back in august of 08. i have a 08 tc and am at the end of my rope with my hid's. my lights went from working perfectly to working when they want to to driver or passenger light turning off. i turned my lights off to refire the turned off bulb and then they wouldnt turn back on ( try doing that on the interstate going 75mph at midnight). and now their new trick is they wont turn off. i turn my lights and car off open my door and my hid's are still on. so i have to disconnect my relay everytime. i have hooked up my kit properly and it does have a inline relay to the hids (mobile hids wireing harness) i have e-mailed them 4 times and have yet to hear back. i need help bad and did a lot of homework with the hids and thought i have choosen a good company to go with but i am dissatisfied with their customer service. i was going to put 3k hids in my vrd fog lights but those fog lights have saved my a@# when my hids wont work. PLEASE help me. i am ready to rip out my hids and go back to stock i have an infant and cant be without my lights.

you can unconnect the pins easily from the oem harness?
if yes try to bend the pins a lil bit so it will be tight and wont move around in the harness.

try twist and bend but not too much. just to make the contact really tight.
