Jims not your idol but ur def on the bandwagon it seems...
Mike, that all needed to be said, we talk almost everyday now about everything and cant wait till Nov comes and the products are a go for shipping. Im as well with dave in saying that im with you 200%.

wait till everyone see's josues car and the quality put into it and by November parts will be ready... and hopefully if u finally call me mike the site will be too

It really sucks + selfish when Firmware knows, as a partially sponsored customer, that your in the height of car show season, and knows your trying to scheduling many other mods for your show car and they jerk you around for 4 months. As, I had asked them several time to be straight with me and they never were. Why lie????? Now there learning to correct there mistakes after my present blogs + others negative blogs for 5 months. They certainly have a low IQ if they are figuring it out now and are just NOW trying to sugar coat all there lies and deceit about their product.
Why show products on are your site, that you don't even have made yet or any comments on the availability, pricing. Doesn't mislead the public to beleive you have such a product. It's not because of the Carbon fiber issue, cause they are suppose to have some parts available in fiberglass also
The picture of the xB on the Firmware site is not even their's or has its product installed on it. Folks, this is false advertisement and they are just blowing smoke in your face and hoping they can hide all the true facts about their company to the public until is maybe sometime in the future it may become a reality. They remind me of a shady politician with all his tricks. "I did not have sex with that women" You got the picture.

Another unsatisfied customer with broken promises and poor quality product. Firmwareware excuse was it was the other guys fault not mine. LOL "pathetic"

Unfortunately, I myself have not had the best of experience with Firmware and Josue. I’m not sure if Josue has told you exactly what has been going on with my situation but here is the short version of it.
I was promised that the roll bar would ship shortly after Firmware received them in stock. Josue posted on here they were in stock, and to place your orders. I figured, “great mine must be on the way"! After waiting about a week, I realized that there were no intentions of shipping a roll bar out to me, I just told Josue not to worry about it, cancel my order for this product. I went through someone else for my roll bar, but I still wanted the original order for the carbon fiber gauge cluster and center console.
I hung in there for the carbon fiber gauge cluster and center console. Well long story short, I got a call from Josue saying the gauge cluster was ready to send, if I could paypal him the money. I sent the money on September 6th 2006 and I received my product about a couple days later. I opened it the box up and immediately noticed that the quality was HORRIBLE. (weave did not line up, bubbles in the clear coat, bumps in the surface, and it did not fit. I contacted Josue and mailed it back to Firmware.
After he received it, Josue agreed that the quality was horrible and apologized left and right saying that this should have not gotten through quality control and he was going to have a talk with the gentleman in charge of quality control. As a consolation for the mishap, I was promised an arm rest cover free of charge.
I happily and patiently waited till the gauge clusters were in stock again. After weeks and months of being mislead and given false information about the products and their availability, I still did not have my product but it was going to be sent to me.
After 3 of my PMs have been read and ignored and seeing the product on jay_jay_n’s car at Extreme Autofest this past weekend and how HORRIBLE his gauge cluster looked; I finally demanded my money back I am tired of waiting. I am tired of being dicked around. I just want my money back. I unfortunately can not file a claim with paypal as it has been over 45 days since I paid or else I would. My car leaves for SEMA this weekend and the empty promises are not going to be a whole lot to show off.
I'll return your money and give you a lollipop, meanwhile the damage is done.

Now, it's "the taking food away from my family" excuse. I'm sorry Mike that I told everybody my truthful experience. Will you forgive me. But will all the negative customers forgive Firmware. Firmware made it's own bed. now lie in it and feel what we felt for the last 4 1/2 months. Some people are good at things and other are not. Firmware is certainly not your forte'. Yeh, you may just now be making a come back, but many people are not coming back.
