Phuquach... the money we took from people... we shipped the parts to them... but we did not take money for the same reason.
R&D? Tell you what... and I promise you this... I will do R&D and continue to do R&D... to improve our parts... but I think you feel that I tried to sell... got the money and then started with the R&D. Well thats not the case. And I think that the mayority of the people are upset because we have not been able to ship as promissed.

i purchased parts from firmware a few weeks ago and i am not sponsored at all. josue has been wonderful with his customer service and has returned my calls promptly within 24 hours. his shipping was fast and packaging first rate. all pieces were thoroughly bubble wrapped; i've never spilled so many styrofoam peanuts on my floor before. i received my products in less than a week and i'm anxiously waiting to put them in this weekend. the weave and finish is perfect and the mold looks excellent. it has truly been a great experience working with them. we all realize that communication errors were made in the past, but as you can see from Mike, they are working hard to make sure communication is top notch in the future. i stand behind Firmware 100% and will not hesitate to order new items in the future.
on a second note, almost all of you will never understand Mike's situation. however, i have lived without a colon for the last 2 years due to pre-cancerous lesions and i'm absolutely shocked by Mike's current condition/determination. 10 weeks post-op he is trying to give his full attention to his business so that they can get their products out sooner. my honest opinion is...this cannot be healthy at all. 4 months post-op for me and I was still recovering. 2 YEARS POST-OP TODAY and i'm still recovering. mike's determination to get his products out to you is amazing. after undergoing something such as that, i would not expect him to be back in business for at least 4 months, as his condition is worse than mine. I'm sure he's dealing with exhaustion right now, and I'm well aware of other aspects that something as this can do to a person's body, and i think it'd be just to say that he's currently denying any and all laws of recovery. you guys should be very thankful that he's trying to come back to work at such a short time post-op to try to keep everything running smoothly and begin to get more parts out to people. one man can only do so much, and what Mike is doing is amazing. At the same time, all I can do is sit here and pray that he doesnt have to check back into a hospital and that he takes care of himself well enough. Even with the past problems in the company, health is far more important than anything else in this world and should be given full attention. would i be back at work this quickly if i had the surgery over again? No, not a chance in hell. I applaud his determination to prove to you what a great company Firmware is, and I hope that some of you will realize what a struggle it is for Mike to be doing this all at once. It shows how committed he is to you guys about getting products out and providing great customer service now and in the future. I back Mike and Firmware 100% and I pray for Mike's full recovery a few years down the long road ahead. His diligence and determination are nothing short of spectacular, and I stronly think they will prove wrong all those who don't believe in them.
God bless you Mike.

Well, I've been sitting quietly idle and reading these posts.. I can hold my tongue no longer! I have heard from both sides.. And it seems to be dragging on and on! Yes Firmware has offered some nice products that no other is offering.. Yet that is not the issue here! It is the poor customer service.. empty promises etc!! Enough IS Enough!! Let this post end now!! Let's all agree to disagree and let's all get over it!! Yeah,I am JIMXB's wife.. and I'm not old either! I'm just alot wiser than most!! So hopefully there will be no more nasty posts about anyones family etc!! Learn to read and grow up!! I've had it with reading these negative posts from both sides!! Let's all just drop it already!!
My Dear, I am old enough to be your mother and you should have more manners than that! Haven't you heard respect your elders!! Maybe you should just keep your feelings to yourself also! I am not one to back down so don't push this issue with me! I have been there when phone calls went unanswered, emails not returned and shipments not made!! My husband has every right to be angry and tell his true experience with this company.. So I have every right to post here! Let's just end this now before it gets too nasty!!
I have no manners for people who don't have manners towards me and maybe you should keep your feelings to yourself also. I will post my feelings just as long as he is able to post his...i am not pushing any issue with you. i agree he has a right to be angry, but youre telling all of us to stop giving our opinions but he hasnt stopped his and you havent stopped yours, so do as you preach! As long as he has every right to be angry, I have every right to be happy with the company and if he didn't expect that when he posted his opinions that no one would disagree with him, well then he was wrong. I never said you didn't have a right to post here...I could careless if you post here or not, but don't tell me what to do cause frankly I will stick up for Firmware and express my opinions here whether you like it or not! You're the only one making this nasty HAHA To IceNine...thats funny that youre sad your wife doesnt post. Does she even read the forums?
You are right Jenn.. You may post anything you want.. you have a right to stick up for the company.. But you should understand that when a company gives you bad service for months at a time.. you feel angry and frustrated.. That is what my husband went thru for months and I also had to bear witness to this frustration! That is all I am saying.. I just wish that everyone including my husband let this just end! I really wish that this post be locked... It has just gone way too far...Whats done is done and there is no way to change the past.. Good Luck to Mike and Firmware in their future endeavors.. I wish no ill feelings towards anyone.. This is just MY opinion!!

Firmware is going to keep saying that their products are great, it's obvious now because that is the only argument they have.
What firmware still keeps failing to realize, even though it's been said a hundred times now, is:
We know the products are good and one of a kind, but that doesn't mean anything if the company making and distributing them fails horribly at actually getting them out to people and handling the money that people invest. The people are what makes a company. If no one buys your products, you have no business. The argument is about the poor customer service, not the products!
So why does everyone keep saying how good the products are?
