That xb is Cassidy's ride and he does have firmware products, Firmware's XB Roll cage, the speaker mounts on his rear window, fender flares, he's goin a different route with his dash and doors so thats why he doesn't have the cluster or doors.

i just barely met cassidy last weekend and his car looked great i'll get pics up of the firmware products he does have if people need convincing...

 

again, please stop backing up their product, WE KNOW ITS GOOD already. no one is arguing that. the problem we have is customer service and the promises they make and don't keep.

Mike...I know Chris talks to you all the time and he told me about your hospital situation before it was posted on here and I am sorry to hear about all of the crap you are going through, but I truly believe you will come out on top...I have no doubts in your company and wish you the best, as I one day want to open my own business, and I know how complicated things can be when you are just starting out...dont let one person get in the way of your dream!

dude, if you know how to READ, they keep backing up the product. by backing up the product, they are saying the company is a good company. again IF YOU READ CORRECTLY, you would have read that i said we have no problems with the product and its a good product. the problem is the CUSTOMER SERVICE and PROMISES firmware makes and can't keep.

 

Yeah! Okay! Whats your point? So let them back up the product just because you dont care doesnt mean other people don't. You should learn proper capitalization with words as well. I obviously can read...I am more than half way through my college degree in education, so I better know how to read. Maybe you should learn how to comprehend correctly? People will say what they want and backing up the product is a part of this forum hence the title once again. Secondly, if you could read correctly...I am not a dude! wtf? do i have to say this over again? they can back up the product all the want. the point is, they are saying the company is good because it makes good product. we already established they make good products. the problem is customer service and how they don't tell their customers anything after they paid a deposit. then a product goes through R&D. why should we have to go through that? they marketed a product and had a sale date. sale date meaning we pay, they send. this didn't happen. they don't answer phone calls nor emails. if you don't believe this, go read the sponser thread. it isn't just 1 person who can get in touch with them and are fed up. and i already know you were a girl because you said you were cmecs gf and i call everyone dude.

 

I know all of this...I was just trying to tell you that in your 1st post I read you said stop backing up their product. And all I said was who are you to tell us to stop backing it up...we'll do what we want! That's all...end of discussion.

How not to succeed in Business

It really sucks + selfish when Firmware knows, as a partially sponsored customer, that your in the height of car show season, and knows your trying to scheduling many other mods for your show car and they jerk you around for 4 months. As, I had asked them several time to be straight with me and they never were. Why lie????? Now there learning to correct there mistakes after my present blogs + others negative blogs for 5 months. They certainly have a low IQ if they are figuring it out now and are just NOW trying to sugar coat all there lies and deceit about their product.

Why show products on are your site, that you don't even have made yet or any comments on the availability, pricing. Doesn't mislead the public to beleive you have such a product. It's not because of the Carbon fiber issue, cause they are suppose to have some parts available in fiberglass also

The picture of the xB on the Firmware site is not even their's or has its product installed on it. Folks, this is false advertisement and they are just blowing smoke in your face and hoping they can hide all the true facts about their company to the public until is maybe sometime in the future it may become a reality. They remind me of a shady politician with all his tricks. "I did not have sex with that women" You got the picture.

 

Repeat much? You said that last page on a post, what is trying to be said i dont know. When did this turn into english 101?

 

First of all... thanks Jim for utilizing the common calendar... so you went from 11 1/2 months to the proper 5 months.

Second... If you say that the product is not the case here phiquach... and I am sorry if I dont know... do we have a pending order here for you? or are we just trying to chime in with a strong opinion.

Third... If and when we have product to ship... we go ahead and take the money... so all of you.. that you feel we owe you money... send me a copy of your credit card statement so I can refund you....

Forth... you are kinda just going in circles Jim and honestly... you are making me dizzy.
