well I'm not actually gunna be at school in two weeks, but I'm going out to my grandpa's farm outta state for a week before hand then I'm just going straight to school.

once again...I sent FLEA my TYC tail lights back in November 11, 2008 to simply have them tinted and sent back (I paid him right away of course). I sent the lights based on all the good rapport and appraisals he gets on this site. I seen tons of his pics and I honestly think he does phenomenal work. At the same time, I could have easily gone to my local shop and get this work done...but I thought: Why not hook up a fellow ScionLife member up. If you check out when I signed up to this forum you'll see that I have been here for years and I too have some "friends" here like FLEA does. I've never screwed anyone over and I always pay right away. Always.

Now, with that being said: The lights were BRAND SPANKIN' new! I ordered them straight from mcgeorgeparts.com and had them mailed right to his address. He told me he was busy at that time with some other projects so I said I understood, to take his time. A lot of time went by and I'll text him or call him here and there to check up on the progress. He did update me with the status which was nice.

First update he told me was that he had finished the lights and had shipped them but UPS had messed up the lights with the forklift or something like that. He said I'm gonna order a new set blah blah blah. I said, ok, that's nice of you. Then more time goes by...

Second update, he tells me he got the new lights but wont be able to do them for a while because he got into a car accident. I felt bad of course and asked him if he was ok so I told him to take his time on the lights. So a few months go by and i decided to contact him (he doesn't pick up his phone). I text and he never replied. Finally, I had to use the spoof app on the iPhone and use his own number to call him LOL. He picks up (surprisingly) and saids Oh, I have the lights but can't do them because I broke my wax machine blah blah blah. So he says he's gonna buy the machine, do my lights and I should have my lights by next Tuesday. Wednesday rolls around and no lights, so I call him from my own number and (surprisingly) no answer. So I spoof again LOL and he picks up and saids, I already shipped them out this is the tracking number: blah blah blah. I go home and try the UPS tracking number he gave me and it didn't exist. So I PM'd here on scionlife because he had changed his phone number by this time.

So after like 5 PM's on ScionLife.com he finally replies in an angry message that this has to be the worst experience ever, that he should have never agreed to do my lights, that I'm costing him money because he has to keep replacing the lights. That he just wants our transaction to be done and over with. So I said fine, just send them back. Send me my lights broken, unfinished, cracked, damaged whatever...I just want them back. If not, I'll pay him yet MORE money to finish them and cover all the shipping costs. He never replied to that response. So i kept messaging and finally he responds one more time angry again and said he'll just send me the ones on his own car and send them to me. I told him he didn't have to, he could just send me mine even if their broken or whatever. Then I never heard from him again.... I tried PM him a few more times, e-mail him and nothing worked. So i decided to come here and maybe like this I can get his attention.... soooo if you are reading this FLEA, just send me LIGHTS please!!

 

I will also attest that flea is not a thief. He has many things of mine being painted as we speak. I know how shipping works some times and there were things I shipped to him that were lost. My grill surround for my RS2 was sitting in the closet of the front desk to his apartment for over a week because no one knew where anything was. He has always stayed in contact with me, and even if he didn't reply to me the same day, he would get back to me within a reasonable amount of time. He is even replacing the tow hook cover that I had that was lost in shipping. I know he is a stand-up guy, and I know he will do whatever it takes.

Sounds to me that you might have to get another shipping address, that or maybe you are claiming they are lost when really you have them. This could really go both ways, so I think this should come to an end. From what you have said, it makes you seem like an innocent customer who has had a run of bad luck. But, we don't have any idea what you have actually said to Flea, nor any idea how honest you are. Just going based off what you have said. Based by the Flea followers here, I think you are a little outnumbered.

About Flea (kennon) i wouldn't trust him if i were you guys.. he's not all that trustworthy if you really know him.. i used to hang out with him all the time... sure he may seem cool at first.. but the dude has mood swings.. I wouldn't be surprise if he made another screen name on scionlife like he does all the time and try to pretend to be someone else...

2. Mclaran u really need to calm down about things.. You overeact all the time like when you bought the rotors and pads from me... You though that i was going to steal your money because u waited for 1 week and expected them to get to you when its ground shipping...
